A year of tremendous organizational change and many differing local and global priorities including changes to local labor legislation.
As we all know, structure follows strategy and we had implemented a number of different structural changes through the year – across many of the departments. We had reorganized how our leadership team works and implemented different ways of working.
Recruitment of resources had been a big focus with a number of new vacancies and changed roles. We implemented a new Performance Management system and hardwired our talent and succession management into how we function as a leadership team.
