Luca Solari has conducted numerous research projects and presently leads a cross-disciplinary team of expert researchers in the field of organization and HRM practices innovation. He originally adopted evolutionary theory ideas and methods to the study of organizational populations. Today he adopts a phenomenological stance. Therefore he is in the position of joining quantitative and qualitative skills in research.

His most recent studies include High Performance Work Systems and their impact on business performance, Sustainable Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Socialization and induction processes. His studies are both in-company and cross- organization. He recently completed a research on how companies interpret and measure well-being initiatives.

He has launched in partnership with Executive networks a global survey on social media and HR. He is also coordinating a global research project on the evolution of the electricity industry in partnership with ENEL Foundation.

Luca published numerous articles and books in Italian and English.
