Human resource management, management

HR Buff – how to empower your HR processes

I have designed an approach to perform an in-depth analysis of your key HR processes. Most of the time, your HR practices are not optimized, but they rely heavily on path-dependence (we always did like that) or mixed interventions (changing one part without a holistic view of the process). Moreover, metrics are great to analyze results, but less effective in identifying how double-digit changes in productivity can be obtained.

Here’s the solution. An approach which is deeply rooted in high-level research methods, but which targets real issues in your organization.

I thank SCN for allowing me to edit the video of the presentation (which is available only to members at SCN), and share it on my blog. It has been cut down to 15 minutes, and I hope I captured some key points that were discussed.

The video highlights my ideas on the evolution of HR, and anticipates some reflections on a research project I am conducting. Companies willing to join the project, can contact me through this blog or at my email (
